What are your typical lead times?: Many of our core products are stocked in storage tanks at our facility. Other products may have lead times depending on their specific raw materials or processing requirements. We will work with you to determine appropriate availability.
Do you service international customers?: We currently service customers in dozens of countries, both directly and through affiliated companies.
Where are your other manufacturing facilities?: Most of our products can also be manufactured in our affiliated facility based in Montreal, Canada. Additionally, several of our products are toll produced at other manufacturing sites. Finally, we maintain many core products at warehouses throughout North America.
How long has Ona Polymers been in business?: Ona Polymers is located at the former site of a Union Carbide facility. Many employees have been working at the site for over a decade. The present owners have been in the polymer business for over three decades, and acquired the facility in 2006.
What geographies do you serve?: Along with our affiliates, we serve companies in hundreds of locations across North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
